After the thermal infrared image collected by the infrared thermal imager is image segmented and the target is initially screened, the ROI block of the candidate target is obtained. Then, the histogram of oriented monogenic energy (HOME) feature of each ROI block is extracted, and finally based on the input HOME feature, the trained deep brief network (DBN) realizes the classification recognition .
